All Sales Final
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items under any circumstances.
We encourage all customers to reach out before purchasing — we are happy to answer questions about scent profiles, longevity, projection, and suitability before you commit to a bottle. Our goal is for you to love what you buy.
Unopened Items If you receive an item and wish to return it unopened and in its original sealed packaging, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisoncap.us/pages/contact. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued only upon receipt and inspection of the returned item in its original condition.
Damaged or Broken Items If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Chateau Les Parfums Items from the Chateau Les Parfums collection are sold exclusively through direct purchase, in-person at our pop-up markets, or by contacting us directly. These items are not eligible for online returns.
