Shipping Policy — Maison CAP

Thank you for shopping with Maison CAP. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Where We Ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or any other U.S. territories or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We offer flat-rate ground shipping across the contiguous United States:

Rest of the Contiguous United States $12.99
Orders over $150 FREE

Delivery Times

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which delivers in 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Maison CAP is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Important — Fragrance Shipping Restrictions

Per USPS and federal regulations, all fragrance products containing alcohol are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and must be shipped by ground transportation only. As a result:

  • ❌ We do not offer expedited, overnight, or air shipping
  • ❌ We do not ship internationally
  • ❌ We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories
  • ✅ All orders ship via ground transportation within the contiguous United States only

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Track your package at usps.com or through the link in your confirmation email.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Maison CAP is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date at maisoncap.us/pages/contact, and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review each case individually. See our Refund Policy for full details.


Local Pickup & In-Person Sales

We are based in Miami, Florida, and attend weekend pop-up markets and flea markets throughout South Florida. If you are local and prefer to shop in person — where you can test before you buy — follow us on Instagram for upcoming market dates and locations.

Chateau Les Parfums products are available exclusively through in-person purchase or direct contact and are not available for online checkout.
